  • Ah Begorrah! Paddy’s Day How are you?

shamrockI was going to do mixtape type thing on the blog for all our friends around the world but I kept adding an enormous number of tracks to the list and was leaving lots out that should have been in. I’m not hugely into turning everything green as as we celebrate Paddy not Patty but here are some of my favourite Irish tracks EVER!

  • Tune of The Week 16/03/2012: Queen

thesis from http://dananwhiddon.blogspot.com/2011/05/formula-for-making-thesis-statement.htmlThis week has been a little bit mental, the realization that my thesis is due in 8 weeks has truly kicked in. I’m not panicked or anything though, things are moving along nicely and I’ve been chatting to some really interesting people. So, I made myself a list of what needs to be done and thankfully it seems like I’m marking off more each day. This one can mean one thing. I have to sing this when I’m doing it. This week’s Tune of The Week is Queen, with Another One Bites the Dust.

  • The Walls: Live at Tower Records (Video)

thewallsliveattowerrecordsYesterday I had the pleasure of popping down to Tower while The Walls were doing a little set, can’t call it an in-store cos it was outside! It was all in support of their new album ‘Stop The Lights’, which I’m loving! Here’s a couple of vids I shot on my little camera, there’s still more to go up.

I also had the chance to chat to Steve, really interesting guy, it will be on a radio show near you soon! (Hope I didn’t delay him too much.)
