  • The Naked and Famous: The Sun (video)

Over the past few weeks I’ve noticed a couple of really good music videos which feature nudey bits, very arty and stylish but with nudey bits. Now, personally it doesn’t bother me but it obviously bothers the people at YouTube. The Naked and Famous are easily one of my favourite acts of the year and on their Facebook page they have said that the video for ‘The Sun’ was ‘Already banned off YouTube’. It was directed by Joel Kefali & Campbell Hooper for Special Problems who also did the video for Girls Like You. Enjoy, wait til you leave work though 🙂

  • Free Music Monday 15/08/2011: Girls

‘Father, Son, Holy Ghost’ is the second full length album from San Francisco natives ‘Girls‘. The album will be released on FantasyTrashCan/Turnstile on September 9th. In the run up to the release the band are giving away a taster from the new album. The band are on tour in the UK and Europe in November, it would be great to see an Irish date added. You can get your free download of ‘Vomit’ below.
