Happy New Year! Hope you had a lovely festive season. We’re back with the first episode of The London Ear for 2017.
Interview with aidan from Floatinghome
On today’s show I’m delighted to catch up with aidan from Floatinghome. I know aidan a long time and we manage to catch up about once a year. He’s a singer songwriter based in Berlin and works as a sound engineer. He also works with Wallis Bird.
It was good to chat about his album ‘Dreams for Dreamers’ and how he managed to get me on one of his tracks.
You can follow Floatinghome on Facebook and on their website.

As well as playing some new Irish music (besides Floatinghome), I also played a couple of my favourite George Michael tracks to finish off the show. I’m going to write about it at some stage, but I’m truly devastated by George’s death, his music and production always influenced me. So I play a couple of my George tracks.
Here’s what happened:
1. Too Fools: Touch
2. Floatinghome: Believe
3. Chat with aidan from Floatinghome (Part 1)
4. Floatinghome: Beyond Tomorrow
5. Chat with aidan from Floatinghome (Part 2)
6. Floatinghome: Please Sir
7. Chat with aidan from Floatinghome (Part 3)
8. Trace: Awake
9. Bad Bones: Beg
10. George Michael: Fastlove
11. George Michael: Something to Save
