For this week’s Free Music comes from Mz Bratt who I saw open for Example a couple of week’s ago in The Olympia. Something about her sound reminded me of the London underground grimey sound of the likes of So Solid .. Me likes!
All you have to do to get her mixtape ‘Elements’, is fill in your details in the widget below and you will be emailed details.
I saw Eoin Glackin a while back in Whelans and he was great. It was the first time in about five years I had seen Eoin. I remember hearing this song on the night and thinking it could become a great anthem. So Eoin, who released his album ‘Not Lost’ on the Sony label has decided to release ‘Carlisle Bridge’ as a free download.
Speech Debelle is back with ‘Studio Backpack Rap’ the first track released from her sophmore album ‘Freedom of Speech’. I saw her in The Academy 2 just after she won the Mercury Music Prize two years ago and she put on an awesome show.
You can download the track for absolutely nothing from Speech’s Soundcloud below the video…
I’ve been up to my eyes in college and assignments this week.. I need a holiday! This week’s Tune of The Week is Queen with ‘I want to break free’.
