What better way to celebrate a bank holiday weekend than to give you a chance to get your mitts on some freebies!
Girls Night runs at The Gaiety Theatre Dublin, from 10th 21st April and follows five friends as they ‘relive their past, celebrate their present and look to the future on a wild karoake night out’. During the show, you ‘ll be hearing tracks like ‘Say A Little Prayer’, ‘I Will Survive’ ‘Holding Out For A Hero’ and ‘Man I Feel Like A Woman’.
‘This touching and hilarious ‘tell-it-like-it-is’ musical takes audiences on a journey into the lives of a group of female friends. Audience members cant help but laugh, cry and even find themselves singing and dancing in the aisles as some of the most popular hit songs of the 80s and 90s make this musical a fan favourite!’
The show is directed and cheoreographed by Andrew Lynford who played Simon Raymond in Eastenders and also presented Play Days on the Beep. The ladies on their night out are played by Lorraine Keane (RTÉ, TV3 and AA roadwatch fame), Hilda Fay (Tracey in Fair City), Sorcha Furlong (Orla Kirwan Fair City), Jacinta White (Judge on RTÉ’s Fame The Musical) and Sharon Sexton (Somewhere Over the Rainbow – The Liza Minnelli Story, I, Keano).
I’ve got a pair of tickets for the performance on April 16th. To be in with a chance of winning, all you have to do is, leave a comment below telling me what song you would sing at karaoke and like my Facebook page, competition closes on Thursday April 12th at 5pm.
